Beautiful, clean room! Very good restaurant ! The front desk staff was outstanding !! Spoke fluent English and was very hospitable! We stayed 5 nights, so We did have requests for restaurants and reservations, train connections, calling taxis, finding a nail salon, local attractions, etc. On more than one occasion they would consult other staff members with our requests and several people were working at one time to answer our needs. We felt the staff went above and beyond while always making us feel like we were a priority. Loved our stay.

Location is always important to me when on a tight schedule as we were this property was ideal to get around the entire town to visit all the sights. It's never happened before that the reception staff have told me that everything in mini bar is free of charge for my/our personal use, you can imagine our surprise when we were told this. The breakfast was of very high quality and choice of food, also with great barista coffee offered.

A fabulous hotel, well worth every dollar. The owner has a vineyard and the wine on offer is inexpensive and excellent. The room was big and comfortable beds, great bathroom. The breakfast was buffet and you could order eggs done to your liking. The restaurant was fantastic great service food and wine and great value Worth the extra money to stay in a excellent hotel.

Cleaning very good with change of bathroom linen, which was also of a high standard. We liked the lo cation - at the port but easy walking to anywhere in the city.

Location of the hotel fairly close to the port was ideal as we were sailing to Greece the next day. Roughly half an hour walk from the station but a bus was available if required. Our room was excellent and a bonus was a free mini bar. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
